Account and data deletion
Request deletion of your LaganGatho account
LaganGatho lets you start an account-deletion request in the app. Open You, choose Linked account, then Request account deletion. Once the request is accepted, your active wedding-workspace access is removed and the remaining deletion work continues through the server-side deletion process.
If you cannot use the app
Email us from the address connected to your account. We may ask you to verify control of that address before completing the request.

- Your authentication account and personal profile are included in deletion.
- Your active wedding-workspace memberships are removed.
- Your private notes and uploaded media are included in deletion.
- Shared planning records needed by remaining members may remain without your personal profile attached.
Timing and completion
Request submission and access removal are separate from final server-side cleanup. Completion time depends on the account and data that need to be removed. If you need the status of a request, contact support from the email address connected to your account.
If you used Sign in with Apple
You can also remove LaganGatho under Apple Account → Sign in with Apple. This Apple account setting is separate from your LaganGatho deletion request and does not replace it.
