Account and data deletion

Request deletion of your LaganGatho account

LaganGatho, developed by LaganGatho, lets you start a full account-deletion request in the app. Open You, choose Manage account, then Request account deletion. Your active wedding-workspace access is removed immediately.

If you cannot use the app

Email us from the address connected to your account. We may ask you to verify control of that address before completing the request.

Data covered by the request

Your authentication account and personal profile are deleted.
Your active wedding-workspace memberships are removed.
Your private notes and uploaded media are deleted.
Shared planning records needed by remaining members may be retained without your personal profile attached.

Timing and limited retention

Access is removed when you submit the request. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. A minimal deletion record may be retained to document that the request was completed. Information may be retained longer only when required for security, fraud prevention, or a legal obligation.

If you used Sign in with Apple

We delete your LaganGatho account even when Apple does not provide us with a token that can revoke the connection automatically. In that case, you can also remove LaganGatho from Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings. This is optional and does not delay deletion of your LaganGatho account or data.
